Green Glass Covered
What is this is my aquarium?
There’s a bright green sheet of something covering the rocks in the bottom of my aquarium. It doesn’t look like algae – it’s very bright green and has a somewhat smooth surface. I have an algae-eater and the water is crystal clear. There’s nothing on the glass, just this sheet covering the rocks. What could it be?
Frzoooo, it isn’t transparent like that but it is solid. I can move it around and it mostly stays intact, but it looks more like the texture of a deflated balloon except thicker. There are a few holes here and there but it’s mostly smooth and solid.

if it is, it sounds like Cyano, and if so, it’s really a bacteria…it can be red, or green, here’s an article better describing it.
