Choose Mechanics or Statistics in Mathematics at AS level to become an Architecture?
AS level is equivalent to 11th Standard. In this course in their Mathematics syllabus they can choose between Mechanics or Statistics along with pure Mathematics. Statistics syllabus is easier but if Mechanics is required in further studies like in First year Engineering Mathematics, then he would prefer taking Mechanics. Please guide regarding the best choice.
I would choose Mechanics, it is a doorway into better classes and universities. As well as has more applications in engineering and architecture
