Will last night’s booing of the American national anthem, in America, by the British, have a permanent affect
I have long believed that Americans tend to look up to Brits too much
France, Spain, and Holland shaped America’s history more than Britain anyhow
the British commited unspeakable war crimes in America during the two wars & press ganged thousands of American sailors
Should America seek a new major ally in Europe, like the Dutch who can all speak the same language as Americans, and are cooler than the stuffy Brits anyway?
I had little respect for the Brits and Hatton’s fans before the fight and I have absolutely none for them now after they way booed and hissed during our National Anthem. The Americans in attendance were silent when Tom Jones “Sang God Save the Queen.”
